Axiem's Most Valuable Performer (MVP) Party!

June 11, 2016. A day before we celebrate the 118th Philippine Independence Day, Axiem had another reason to celebrate!

We held our first ever Most Valuable Performer (MVP) Party at Centerstage Makati. Despite the rain, everyone joined the party – Management Team, our CEO, Maryann Farrugia, Finance and Operations Director, Peter DeAngelis and the first set of MVP for the month of April 2016 and May 2016.

The Most Valuable Performer award is one of the newest recognition program at Axiem. We give recognition to different individuals per team based on their extraordinary performance. Each Team Leader will choose their MVP per month, and the chosen MVP will win 2 movie tickets and a party at Centerstage Makati quarterly together with the members of the Management Team.

Everyone enjoyed the party as members of our Management team danced and sang for us that evening. It was a spontaneous party with loads of food and drinks for everyone!

We’d like to thank everyone, especially members of our team for the continuous effort and making our day to day operations possible. Congratulations to our MVP’s! Cheers!
